Here at Gratia Plena, we offer many services to meet your needs for mental and spiritual health and healing.
We offer office and video telehealth visits. Meeting in person in the office may be required when a guest is new or is in crisis.
Our video telehealth sessions use a HIPAA-compliant secure/private platform. Our licensed mental health professionals offer video telehealth services only within the state of Texas. Other providers, such as spiritual directors, can meet across state lines. Our services begin with a thorough evaluation to determine needs and strengths. As we discuss treatment options and plans, we will also consider fees for services. After consultations and evaluations, options will be presented, and everyone can choose to do what they wish.
The most common service that we provide is individual psychotherapy, also called individual therapy or counseling.
The proper medication can reduce troublesome symptoms and significantly improve a patient’s quality of life.
